Waste Management

Cuesko has been appointed for the full Quantity Surveying service on the development of an existing 52,500m2 site located in East Tamaki for a new Waste Management Facility project. This comprised a 3,000m2 GFA head office building, 7,000m2 of workshops and wash areas and 45,000m2 of yards and parking areas. This project has attained a 5-star green star accreditation and practical completion in December 2019.

We have been involved on the project from early design stages and have provided a pre-tender cost estimate, procurement advice, value engineering, tender negotiations and contract administration.

The project was also nominated for the following awards at the 2020 Property Council awards: RCP Commercial Office Property Award, Resene Green Building Property Award and the CBRE Industrial Property Award.
