The Union Green Development consists of the construction of three blocks of two-level town houses and a 12-storey high rise building delivering 151 units ranging in size from studio to three-bedroom apartments.
In addition to the apartments, retail units are provided to the ground floor on podium level.
Parking is provided by two levels of basement carpark which incorporates 15 car stackers to optimise space.
The buildings are all connected with a landscaped podium.
Cuesko’s role on the project is to provide quantity surveying services which include;
• negotiating the contract with the preferred contractor
• Issuing Payment Recommendations
• Evaluate and agreeing variations.
As part of our service we also provide a monthly cost report to the developer and funders to update them on progress and highlight the forecast final contract value which include all current and anticipated variations.
