Takanini School Road

The project comprised a subdivision of 88 lots including new roads vested to council, pocket parks, and normal services infrastructure and construction of 51 two storey standalone houses.

The balance of the lots were sold to house builders and private buyers.

The site faced the challenges of being low lying on peat with minimal falls available for sanitary and stormwater reticulation.

Cuesko was engaged as the Funder’s Quantity Surveyor for both the civil and building contract and provided full quantity surveying and Engineer to Contract services for the building contract
