PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Seascape is located at 83 Customs Street East in the Auckland CBD and will be the tallest residential tower in New Zealand. The prime location provides amazing harbour views to the tower. This landmark building comprises 221 luxurious apartments including 15 stunning penthouses sitting upon a seven-storey mixed-use podium with retail units, commercial tenancies, and residents’ amenities, as well as four levels of basement.
