PS103 Gravity Main

The project involved the construction a new gravity sewer main at Auckland International Airport, connecting into Watercare’s trunk-mains.

The project brought several challenges including procurement of long lead materials, ground conditions through the golf-course, epoxy-lining of manholes, liaison with local Marae and a live connection into Watercare’s trunk-mains.

AIAL engaged Cuesko for cost management services from concept stage to completion.

Cuesko provided reliable cost management and quantity surveying services including design phase cost estimating, preparation of the schedule of quantities, tender evaluation & negotiation, tender recommendation, progress payment recommendations, valuation of variations and financial reporting.

The project has now been successfully completed and commissioned.
