Pohutukawa Landing - Beachlands

Pohutukawa Landing is a new retirement village been developed on a greenfield site for Metlifecare in Beachlands, Auckland.

This exciting development is one of the new premium retirement villages under development by Metlifecare.

The first stage of villas has been completed on time and on budget, with the next two stages due to commence construction late in 2021.

A top-class common building is under construction, this includes a café, commercial kitchen, and swimming pool, whilst also housing 7 premium apartments.

Construction of the first of 3no, four storey apartment buildings, each housing 26 apartments is due to commence later in 2021.

The remaining stages of villas and a care building will begin construction in 2022.

The development team has overcome significant site and planning challenges relating to riparian zones and large-scale earthworks to create a premium product.
