PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project involved the development of a residential subdivision at 34 Peak Road.
The 51 lot subdivision included earthworks over 8.3ha, new private roads and shared accessways, wastewater treatment plant, widening of the Peak Road intersection, and services reticulation.
Cuesko’s role on the project was to act as Bank QS providing monthly reports regarding the cost management and progress.
