PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project encompassed the refurbishment and fit-out of this iconic North Shore office building of over 17,000m2.
The project incorporated some new facade elements, external finishes, changes to internal structure, significant services upgrades and comprehensive refurbishment and fit-out including activation of a large feature atrium.
Cuesko worked with Smales Farm Management over a significant period of time to bring this challenging project, to a successful conclusion.
The project encompassed both base build (landlord) and fit-out (tenant) works and Cuesko’s financial control and reporting had to reflect the differing requirements of the two major stakeholders
