PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Cuesko were engaged by Massey University to provide budgeting, tender analysis and post-contract quantity surveying services for this Childcare Centre project.
The project involved relocation of 2 buildings from Massey’s Oteha Rohe Campus, updated and fit-out for a childcare centre.
The two buildings allow for infant to toddler section and a 2 ½ years old to 6-year-old section.
The centre has multiple areas including a sleeping area, kitchen area, reception, offices, deck area, outdoor play space.
