PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project involved the construction of an ‘on-grade plus one level’ car-park facility for approx. 1,000 vehicles.
Clearwater Construction were engaged under a Design & Construction (NZS:3916) form of contract.
Construction included screw-piles, structural steel by D&H Steel Construction, Metaldecks proprietary flooring system and Xypex concrete, (offering a waterproof structure for the area below)
Cuesko were engaged to provide full QS services from Concept Design state through to practical completion.
