This innovative project is located in Auckland’s Albany Village centre and will comprise nine individual apartment buildings.

The buildings range in height from four to seven storeys and all buildings have internal covered ca parking.

The construction will be undertaken in two stages with Stage 1 of the project consisting of 120 apartments, six retail units and six live-work units over an underground car park and landscaped podium.

Stage 2 will be the balance of the buildings, car parking and site landscaping.
Cuesko’s role on the project is the provision of full quantity surveying services for the project duration including:
• Cost estimates
• Procurement and contractor negotiations
• Construction phase administration (payment recommendations and financial reporting)

The challenges on the project include:
• Confined site with limited access
• Contamination
• Delayed building consent
