PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Landside Enabling Project consists of multiple work packages which will facilitate the construction of a multi-storey car park (MSCP1).

The works include a new car-park operator building, re-routing & upgrading of underground utility services, widening of the Ray Emery Drive carriageway and the installation of several large walkway canopies to accommodate pedestrians walking to the terminal.

The design engineering of the various work packages has been undertaken by BECA.

The physical works are procured under the Horizontal Infrastructure Term Agreement (HITA) between Fulton Hogan & Auckland Airport.

Cuesko are engaged by Auckland Airport to provide full quantity surveying services, including concept and detailed design cost estimation, procurement, tender evaluation / negotiation, post-contract quantity surveying, financial reporting and cost management.
