Kings School Retaining Wall and Drainage Upgrade

The Kings School Retaining Wall and Drainage Upgrade project consisted of remedial and new work at Richwhite Field located on school grounds.

The scope of the project involved:

-Repair work of an existing retaining wall to the north, damaged during cyclone Gabrielle.

-New timber pole retaining wall to the south.

-Upgrades to the surrounding stormwater system.

-Replacement of the sports field and upgrade of irrigation system.

Cuesko was involved in this project to undertake pre and post contract services, including initial concept/budgeting estimates, procurement advice and tender reviews, then later followed by post contract management of the construction works.

During the construction phase, Cuesko provided forecast cashflows, provisional sum and variation management, and monthly payment recommendations.
