Kauri Landing Subdivision

The Kauri Landing subdivision is a multi-stage greenfield development located in Takanini, Auckland. The project consists of new infrastructure and 210 new KiwiBuild homes, which are a combination of single -storey, freehold units and duplexes.

Cuesko was involved in this project to undertake pre and post contract services, including initial feasibility estimates of the overall development, cost management of the subdivision stage/civil works, then later followed by the post contract management of the construction works.

During the construction stage, Cuesko acted as Engineer to the contract. This included payment claim reviews and issuing of payment schedules, as well as signing off each lot with Practical and Final Completion Certificates.

Furthermore, the funding of this project was split amongst 3 entities, meaning that it was also required of Cuesko to provide monthly financial reporting of the funding amongst the multiple entities.
