Katikati Market Square

The redevelopment of Katikati Market Square aims to transform the area into a new green space for locals and visitors, complemented by an updated carpark layout. This project seeks to enhance the usability and aesthetic appeal of the square.

Although the project is still in the early design phase, Cuesko have been brought on board by Boffa Miskell to provide multiple cost estimates to help guide the client with their design decisions.

The scope has been subject to a few changes. However, it currently composes of a new carpark and associated drainage, small green area with pathways connecting the space to the local stores, eating areas and new carpark.

Cuesko has been approached to provide pre-contract cost advice, including multiple    cost estimates helping guide the client make informed decisions. 

The teams within Cuesko work as one enhancing our estimates and overall knowledge, with a deep selection of resources we can provide quick turnover for high level estimates with concept level information.

After our initial estimate we can continue to adjust and refine our product.
