Fulton Hogan BOP Offices

For their new two-storey 1,250m² office building in the Bay of Plenty region, Fulton Hogan engaged Cuesko to provide:

·       Cost estimation at Preliminary and Detailed Design stages.

·       Tender and procurement services

·       Post-contract quantity surveying services, and

·       Monthly financial reporting

This building features structural steel, rough-sawn finish precast panels, aluminium glazing, insulated roof panel, modern office fit-out with customised splashback and car-parking for 87 cars and external landscaping.

The project also involved the demolition of an existing building and maintaining access for Fulton Hogan’s operations on the adjacent land.

The new office building was constructed by Form Building and Developments Limited, under a Design & Build form of contract.
