Elizabeth Street Streetscape & Utility Upgrade

Upgrade of the streetscape on Elizabeth Street and other surrounding roads (Gray St, Devonport Rd, First Ave, and the laneway connection for First Ave to Elizabeth St) for the new Farmers development located in Tauranga city. The construction works were split into 2 portions of work: Utility Upgrades and Streetscape Upgrade. Cuesko Limited’s role on the project was to provide full quantity surveying services from concept estimates to final account.
