Apanui School Fire Replacement

The project was proposed as a replacement of fire damaged teaching block, library and administration building at Apanui School

Cuesko were engaged by Ministry of Education to provide Preliminary cost estimation, detailed design cost estimation and assistance with Tender procurement. Cuesko’s also provided post contract services. Reviewing monthly claims and variations from Marra Construction Ltd and producing financial reports that forecast upcoming costs and the projects financial vitals. 

The challenges on this project included:

• Working around an active school
• Staged completion to allow the school access to some classrooms before others.
