This six-storey building (with basement) is located in a prominent position on one of the pre-eminent commercial precincts on Auckland’s North Shore. The refurbishment works include partial façade replacement, upgrade works to the existing structure, and new internal fit-out.
Cuesko have been heavily involved since project inception and have endeavoured to provide robust and timely advice to our client to help inform the decision-making process.
Particular consideration has been given to the ground-floor tenants who will remain maintain operations during the construction phase and include a 24-hour medical centre, a childcare centre, and a dentist.
The desire from the building owner and the anchor tenant to achieve a top-notch fit-out, along with a commitment from all parties to targeting a Nabers 6-star rating (highest energy efficiency), within a prescribed budget has presented a challenge to the project team.
Cuesko has embraced this challenge and worked closely with the design team and ECI Contractor to help arrive at the best possible outcomes and deliver a fantastic result for our client.
