Qantas Lounge

The Qantas Lounge base build project consist of the full internal refurbishment of the existing 1,066m² Qantas Lounge and then adding 665m² of adjacent internal space to increase the new Qantas Lounge to 1,731m².

The base build works include the full demolition of the existing space including, floors, ceilings and all services.    These demolished spaces are then refurbished to a warm shell level where Qantas will take over the fit-out of the space. 

Cuesko’s involvement in the project was from the beginning where we walked the site with the client to establish a scope which we then used to inform the initial budget estimate for approval.

Following approval of the budget we assisted the client team with the preparation of a tender document which included a pricing template.  Additionally we also did a tender recommendation report following receipt of the tenders.

We will be proving full quantity surveying support for the post contract stage of this project which will include, payment recommendations, cost reports and review of contractors variations.
