55 Corinthian Drive Project

The 55 Corinthian Drive project, located in Albany on Auckland’s North Shore, comprise a four-storey commercial office building and attached carpark building.
The ground floor will provide an office tenancy of approximately 1,085 m2 and two retail tenancies. The office tenancies on the upper levels provide a total floor area of approximately 4,888 m2. There is a multi-level carpark adjacent to the office building accessed by an elevated walkway.
Cuesko is the Funders QS on the project. We liaised with the Developer and potential funders to provide confidence to all parties and assist the Developer in securing funding.
