PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project entailed the subdivision of the 4.1-hectare site to create 78 residential lots.
Work including roading, accessways, footpaths, culverts and creation of a coasted walkway with significant landscaping and the installation of a wastewater pump station serving neighbouring developments.
