Vera started her career as a QS as an estimator providing services to New Zealand’s major building suppliers on residential projects focusing on residential projects and renovations. Her subsequent 18 months as contractor’s QS gave her on-site and hands-on experience, affording her an understanding from both the Contractor and Supplier side which she brings to her role as a PQS.
Vera also previously worked as a PQS on both commercial and residential projects, gaining post contract / construction experience, specifically payments, variations and general contractor negotiations.
She is fluent in both English and Mandarin, being used to communicate with clients, professionals, and contractors alike.
