Vera recently joined the team at Cuesko. She started her career as a QS as an estimator providing services to New Zealand’s major building suppliers on residential projects focusing on residential projects and renovations. Her subsequent 18 months as Contractor’s QS gave her on-site and hands-on experience, affording her a better understanding and background that she could apply as a PQS.
Vera previously worked as a PQS, working on both commercial and residential projects, with specific post contract / construction experience, specifically payments, variations and general Contractor negotiations. She is fluent in both English and Mandarin, being used to communicate with Clients, Professionals, and Contractors alike.
