Marissa is an industry professional with more than 2 decades of experience in the construction industry. She started her career as a registered architect overseas before studying to become a quantity surveyor in New Zealand. She has been involved in various construction projects, including taking the lead role in a design and build company where she was responsible for the design and construction of more than 50 residential and commercial buildings overseas and several new builds and remediation projects locally.

Her involvement in all aspects of design up to the construction process solidified her professional skillset in quantity surveying and it enables her to provide technical insights on every job that she works on.
