David is a Senior Associate Director with 20+ years’ experience gained in New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Norway. He has been a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 2009.
David has worked on a diverse range of projects within many sectors including building, civil engineering, transportation, infrastructure, aviation, industrial process engineering and oil & gas.
He has experience working for both public and private sector clients providing contractual and commercial advice on individual projects and multi-phase programmes of work, from feasibility and concept design stages through to construction, completion and occupation.
Prior to becoming a PQS, David spent several years working for a large main-contractor where he developed his awareness of the construction methodology and processes.
