Commercial Retail Outlet

Cuesko was engaged by Taylor Inc. to provide Quantity Surveyor
(QS) services for the development of 2 Fox Street, Invercargill. The project involves repurposing part of an existing woolshed into a commercial retail outlet. 

Cuesko has been delivering comprehensive QS services, spanning from the detailed design stage through to final account settlement. During the design phase, we submitted elemental estimates to help the client better understand the direct costs associated with the project.  Once the design was finalised, Cuesko provided detailed feedback during the procurement phase, ensuring an accurate, apples-to-apples comparison for the tender evaluation.

The project is currently under construction, with Cuesko overseeing progress payments, financial reports and variation orders.
