St Patrick's School

The construction of a shared use hall is complete. The new single-story hall will serve as a new facility to be used by St Patrick’s School and Church.

The new building includes one large hall space with storage, kitchen, and bathroom amenities.

Design features are practical providing a space that can be used by the community.

Cuesko’s role was to provide pre and post contract services. For this project we have assisted the client in making informed decisions by providing cost estimates that reflect the market and the clients current design options.

As the project progressed Cuesko continued to provide cost related services. Advising the client throughout the construction processes. This was achieved through the following.

• -Monthly assessments of progress claims

• -Preparing and issuing progress certificates.

• -Reviewing potential variations to the project and the associated costs

• -Providing financial reports giving an insight to the project’s vitals.

With all our post contract work we provide a final statement.
