Ōpōtiki Harbour & Wharf Masterplan

Ōpōtiki is located on the East Coast of the Bay of Plenty, a beautiful water side town with a strong connection to the sea.

Ōpōtiki Wharf Master Plan is a redevelopment initiative designed to transform the wharf area into a functional and accessible space for the community. The project aims to improve access, provide better parking options for boats and trailers and new water access points that will support local water-based activities.

Cuesko was engaged to provide a staged cost estimate for the Ōpōtiki District Council. Delivering a cost estimate that can be refined as the master plan takes shape and the project evolves.

The project scope includes the construction of access routes, and parking areas for boats and trailers, and the creation of new water access steps and a  jetty.

Through communication and collaboration, we were able to refine our estimate offering the client a clear financial roadmap for the development.
