Beacon Wharf Redevelopment

Beacon Wharf is located on the waterfront of Tauranga city in the heart of Tauranga.

The Beacon Wharf Redevelopment was commissioned by Tauranga City Council, the projects key focus was on enhancing the wharf’s functionality, accessibility, and aesthetic appeal, transforming the space for both residents and visitors.

Cuesko was engaged by TCC to provide comprehensive pre-contract and procurement advise. Cuesko reviewed various cost components and procurement options to ensure that the project aligns with the council’s financial and strategic objectives.  

The project scope features a gangway leading to a pontoon with other associated works.  

Our work provides thorough breakdowns of the financial implications of different procurement strategies. Our procurement analyses helped the council make informed decisions on the best path forward for the project.
