Student Recreation & Wellbeing Centre

Cuesko have been working with the University of Waikato and their project team on the Student Recreation & Wellbeing centre project. Cuesko have provided multiple estimates and project procurement advice.

The project scope was the demolition of an existing showroom, rebuilding a student recreation area, computer labs and E-sports areas as well as refurbishing a warehouse into a multi-use sports gym.  

With our estimating and construction experience we provided useful financial advice which the University of Waikato used to understand the current construction market.

Cuesko also provided productive value engineering and advice on project staging. Project staging is very common with education projects as clients are often considering multiple budgets, boards and timeframes.
