Due to the increase in traffic numbers and the size and frequency of aircraft servicing the international terminal several processes and areas of the building are experiencing immediate and near term spatial and capacity restraints leading to the requirement to complete a feasibility study to understand the 5 to 10 year strategy.
Cuesko were commissioned to provide the following services:
- Feasibility design cost planning
- Review and recommendation of consultant tender submissions
- Procurement strategy consultation
- Cost allocation for feasibility modelling
This commission demonstrated how our Cost Planning skills were used to provide detailed “whole of project” cost estimates for a number of complex projects within the International Core Capacity Programme from limited feasibility level documentation. Not only did the cost estimates include the new construction and/or reconfiguration works but also made calculated allowances for relocations of existing tenancies effected by the works and relocation of existing plant where required
