Waikawau reserve holds significant ecological and cultural value, featuring the natural wetland, which extends into adjacent airport land.

Cuesko has been engaged to provide staged cost estimates to guide the local council and project team in moving forward. While funding is still under review, the current plan includes a staged upgrade, focusing on the construction of a new jetty with suitable parking, toilets, and a playground, complemented by large green areas for families and visitors to enjoy the lakeside.

Cuesko has been tasked with providing pre-contract cost advice to help the client make informed decisions.
