Oene has over 17 years of diverse experience in New Zealand, Malaysia, Zambia, Mozambique, and South Africa. A Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) since 2016, Oene joined Cuesko in 2019.
His expertise spans across various sectors, including engineering, mining, and infrastructure. He has successfully delivered major roading projects, bulk earthworks, civil engineering works, building projects, mining and underground developments, as well as complex structural, mechanical, platework, and services installations (including electrical, and control instrumentation).
Oene is proficient in a range of contract documentation, including NZS 3910, FIDIC, NEC3, and bespoke forms. He has a strong understanding of cost planning, estimating, financial reporting, and contract management.
