The Ridge Apartments

The Ridge Apartments is a brownfield development in Kepa Road, Mission Bay, Auckland.

The apartment block consists of 4 levels for living space and a basement carpark, offering a total of 40 units, ranging from 1-bedroom apartments to top-floor, premium equipped 3-bedroom penthouses, overlooking the stunning canopy of the Kepa Bush Reserve.

Cuesko’s role on the project was to provide quantity surveying services which included:

• Assessment of progress and claims and issuing payment schedules
• Engineer to Contract role
• Preparing and issuing Progress Certification to Funders (Funder’s QS role).
