The Project consisted of a two-staged separate contract for replacement of the existing outdated Linear accelerator with the latest technology replacement linear accelerator.

Cuesko was appointed to the Enabling and alteration works to the existing Concrete bunker to receive the equipment which was procured by the client on a separate contract.

We conducted a prescribed process to evaluate the tenders received and appropriate tender recommendation.

Further to this Cuesko supplied the contract administration for the duration the contract.

The project deliverables consisted of demolition of the old accelerator and removal of a large steel structure that was cast into the concrete for the old existing accelerator, along with the removal of the existing infrastructure and controls and the reinstatement of same to receive the new Accelerator which have quite a small tolerance for the new base casted into the existing concrete floor.
