The Project comprised of a 1,175m2 warehouse with office on one side, a separate 500m2 office building and a 17,225m2 carpark.
This project involved constructing new parking areas and constructing two separate buildings which were to be leased to two separate companies.
A major spanner was thrown into the works when the Go Rentals office building was doubled in size after the construction issue drawings. This was remedied swiftly and easily after meeting with the main contractor and a thorough Cuesko review.
Cuesko was involved in the pre-contract phase and carried out concept, preliminary and detailed design estimates for the job which the Airport capex’s were based off. Cuesko also carried out post-contract services such as evaluating and agreeing variations, providing payment recommendations and financial reports.
