The Orchards
CLIENT:
The Orchards is a retirement village which was developed over three stages.
Stage 1 is a four storey building comprising of administration, communal facilities (pool, lounge, dining and games room), commercial kitchen, 17 apartments, 36 care beds, basement parking and relocation of an existing heritage villa to provide café facilities, entrance roads and landscaping.
The Stage 1 works required significant bulk excavation, piling and retaining walls to create the building footprint.
Stage 2 is a five storey building comprising of 37 apartments, basement car parking, entrance roads and associated landscaping.
The Stage 2 works required significant bulk excavation, piling and retaining walls to create the building footprint.
